One-Day Championship

Take part in 3 x 40-minute races over the day! Score points from your finishing position to be crowned the overall winner.

Format

Practice/qualifying 15m

Race 1 - 40m (0900:-10.00) - International Circuit - Grid from Qualifying

Race 2 - 40m (12.00-1300) - National Circuit-Grid from Race 1 finish

Race 3 - 40m (15.00-16.00) - National Circuit- Grid from points high to low Race 1 and Race 2 Combined

Score points for the finishing position in each race will add up to create an overall championship for the day; the highest-scoring driver over the three races will be the overall One-Day Championship Winner.

Drivers will be classified as Over 80kg or Under 80kg

Order of circuits may vary depending on reservations.

Who Can Drive?

• Adults (16+): Drive our safe, single-engine karts

• Kids (8-15 years): Drive their own junior karts

• Little ones from 5 years old: Ride with an adult in our two-seater karts

Height Requirements:

• Kids must be at least 4'6" (1.37m) tall to drive alone

• All drivers must comfortably reach the pedals

Important Notes:

• Only family groups drive together - no mixing with adult-only sessions

• Free adult entry when driving two-seater karts with young children

• All drivers get full safety briefing before racing

🎄 Open Christmas Parties at Teesside Karting

Perfect for regular drivers or smaller groups of 1–8 people, our Open Christmas Party races combine festive fun with serious track action!

Join other racers for a mixed-grid Iron Man race, followed by a homemade Christmas dinner in our fully licensed restaurant.

Limited spaces are available on weekends and Black Eye’d Friday leading up to the Christmas break – early booking is essential!

Family Arrive & Drive – 30 Mins (Weekend)

A fun and easy karting session for families! Suitable for ages 8+, with a full induction included.

• 30-minute session on the West Circuit

• Adults drive single-engine karts only

• All sessions must be pre-booked

Twin-engine karts are not permitted in family sessions.

For out Littler Drivers the Two seater kart is available from 5 years old - just add a two seater kart and the driver [adult] doesn't pay.
